The practice advises private clients on basic compliance issues right through to complex tax planning strategies, advising on the implications of becoming Spanish tax resident and of any proposed change in domicile from either a UK or Irish tax persepctive.

The practice assists commercial clients wishing to establish a presence in the Spanish market, advising on business structure, company formation, tax registrations and on-going accountancy and compliance.

Legal services are provided by Paloma España of Malaga Law Solicitors who is both a Spanish lawyer and also a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales.
